Leaders of the BRS party, KT Rama Rao and T Harish Rao, have urged party activists to inform the public about the Congress government’s attempts to cancel BRS government schemes. They claim that the Congress party is cancelling these programs for political reasons, even though they have benefited millions of people over the past decade. The leaders also mention that the Congress government is cancelling public infrastructure projects, such as roads and buildings, that were previously approved and funded.

One of the cancelled programs mentioned is the Gruha Lakshmi program. The BRS leaders argue that the government should inform the public about the beneficiaries who have already been selected and received official documents. They highlight that beneficiaries have even approached the court based on the official documents provided by the government. The BRS party will support the people, even if it means opposing or cancelling programs that benefit their interests.

The distribution of sheep to Yadav families for financial security is another program at risk of being cancelled by the Congress party. The BRS leaders strongly oppose this move and emphasize that the program provides economic security to a vital section of the weaker sections. They demand immediate distribution of sheep to those who have already paid for the program.

Additionally, there are concerns about the potential cancellation of the Dalit Bandhu program. The BRS leaders stress that the Congress party should fulfill its promise of giving Rs 12 lakh to selected beneficiaries, or at least Rs 10 lakh as per the Dalit Bandhu program. They call for immediate payment of funds to those selected for the program and for the initiation of their units. The BRS leaders accuse the Congress party of betraying the people of Telangana by cancelling every welfare program.
