Chennai Super Kings captain, MS Dhoni, was spotted enjoying Arijit Singh’s songs during the opening ceremony of the IPL 2023 just before their first game against defending champions Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad. The incident was captured on camera when Dhoni, who was sitting in the dugout, was seen swaying to the song ‘Deva Deva’ from the movie Brahmastra. Later, he was called on stage alongside Gujarat Titans skipper Hardik Pandya where the IPL 2023 winners’ trophy was unveiled in the presence of all the BCCI office bearers. After the opening ceremony, both captains walked down together, and Gujarat Titans won the toss and opted to bowl first.
