Minister for Endowments, Forests and Environment Konda Surekha reviewed the progress of ongoing developmental works in Hanumakonda on Saturday. She emphasized the need for the administration to speed up the development in the tri-cities of Warangal, Hanumakonda, and Kazipet. The minister gathered information about the ongoing works in various programs.
Konda Surekha highlighted the importance of constructing the Warangal Bus station, Kaloji Kalakshetram, Mada streets at Bhadrakali Temple, and Inner Ring Road. She believes that these projects will enhance the beauty of Greater Warangal.
The minister also reviewed the status of works under the Smart Cities Mission, General and Chief Minister Special Funds. She instructed officials to contact her if they encounter any difficulties during the development works. Konda Surekha emphasized the need for future development works to be started within the next five years.
Several officials, including the Warangal district collector, GWMC municipal commissioner, and Kakatiya Urban Developmental Authority CPO, were present during the review.
