Villagers in Garlapally were having trouble getting drinking water, so Varkatam Jagannath Reddy, who started the VJR Foundation, helped them by digging a bore well. The villagers were very happy and called Mr. Reddy “Apara Bhageeratha.” He promised to help the village and kept his promise by digging the bore well, even though it cost Rs. 50,000. Mr. Reddy is also a BRS leader from Makthal.

Earlier, the villagers had asked Mr. Reddy for help because they were having trouble getting water. He visited the village and promised to help them dig a bore well. Now that it’s done, the villagers are very grateful. Other leaders like Ashok Satya Reddy and Tayappa Anjaneyu also participated in the program.
