    Crops in Ramadugu, Choppadandi assembly constituency, have been damaged by heavy rains. Boinapalli Vinod Kumar, the Vice-Chairman of the State Planning Commission, visited the affected areas along with Local MLA Sunke Ravi Shankar. They reviewed the situation in the fields and inspected damaged roads and bridges. Vinod Kumar also spoke to the affected farmers and people to offer them support.

    Veerla Venkateswara Rao, leaders from the BRS party, and local representatives accompanied Vinod Kumar during his visit.
