BJP leader Vijayashanti supported Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent comments about Chief Minister KCR during his visit to Nizamabad. She believes that scolding the Prime Minister is not appropriate. During his visit, Modi revealed that KCR had approached him after the GHMC elections, expressing his desire to join the NDA and requesting blessings for his son to become the chief minister. However, Modi clarified that there was no alliance and emphasized the importance of having the people’s support to be a ruler.
In response to Modi’s comments, Vijayashanti, also known as ‘Ramulamma’, agreed with the Prime Minister. She cited an incident from 2009 when KCR, who was part of the Mahakutami coalition with the Communists, attended an NDA rally in Ludhiana before the counting boxes were opened. According to Vijayashanti, this incident is still remembered by the people, and therefore, she believes it is inappropriate for KCR to insult the Prime Minister in this matter.
