The election in Wanaparthy Assembly Constituency has come to an end, and now everyone is wondering who will be the winner. Will it be the experienced Singireddy Niranjan Reddy from BRS, the challenger Thudi Megha Reddy from Congress, or Anugna Reddy from BJP?

Before the election, there were intense campaigns and criticisms in Wanaparthy. Each candidate was confident of their victory and promised further development if given another term. Now, the public is eagerly waiting to see who will come out on top in this high-stakes battle.

Niranjan Reddy, a seasoned right-wing politician representing BRS, is once again running for KCR. His opponent from Congress, Thudi Megha Reddy, faced opposition within her own party regarding the allocation of the ticket. Former minister Dr G Chinna Reddy expressed discontent over the party’s decision, causing a temporary rift in the party.

The BJP fielded Anugna Reddy in an effort to strengthen its position in the constituency. However, there have been criticisms despite expectations of increased votes compared to the previous election. People are questioning whether the BJP can expand its vote bank this time.

It is worth noting that Niranjan Reddy won the last election with a significant majority of 50,000 votes. However, his challenger Megha Reddy has gained popularity in Wanaparthy, which has sparked public sentiment against him.

The voter turnout for the election was impressive at 77.54%, showing the community’s strong interest and participation in the democratic process.
