Khammam: Mantena Venkata Ramaraju, the chairman of the Vasudha Foundation, congratulated Modem Vamsi from Bhadrachalam for his outstanding performance in weightlifting at the international level. To recognize his achievement, Ramaraju gave Vamsi a cash cheque of Rs 30,000. He also encouraged Vamsi to continue working hard and bring more medals to the country.
Ramaraju praised Vamsi for making the Bhadradri agency area proud by winning a medal in weightlifting. He highlighted the importance of supporting athletes from rural areas and promised to continue helping those who excel in sports.
The Vasudha Foundation, Ramaraju explained, has been helping the poor in agency areas with their educational and medical needs. He mentioned that the foundation would also support talented individuals in sports.
Additionally, Ramaraju donated another Rs 30,000 to CH Yashwanthi, a tenth-grade girl who is in a coma and undergoing treatment in Hyderabad for a serious nervous condition in her brain. Yashwanthi is from Ravinuthala village in the district. Her family expressed deep gratitude for the support provided by the Vasudha Foundation.
