    Vaktha Programme Boosts Confidence in Public Speaking

    Participants of the 127th batch of Vaktha, a public speaking training programme organized by Hmtv and Kaushalya School of Life Skills, shared their experiences on Sunday. They said the two-day programme had significantly boosted their confidence and helped them overcome the fear of speaking in front of an audience.

    The attendees expressed immense satisfaction with the training, describing it as informative and transformative. They felt the programme turned ordinary individuals into confident speakers. Special thanks were given to the programme’s faculty, D Bal Reddy, for his role in helping participants conquer stage fear and boosting their morale.

    Vijay Shankar from Hyderabad admitted he was initially skeptical about how much could be achieved in just two days. However, he was pleasantly surprised by the results. “I now feel confident speaking in front of a large audience. If given the chance, I would happily attend the programme again,” he said.

    Another participant, K Nirmala from Guntur, shared her experience, saying the training taught her essential techniques for skill development. She appreciated the opportunity to interact with other participants and learn from their experiences.

    K Narsimha from Nalgonda also highlighted the transformative impact of the programme. “Earlier, I would avoid speaking on stage by making excuses. After these two days, I feel confident addressing an audience. The learning experience was life-changing. I am grateful to Bal Reddy sir and the Vaktha programme,” he said.
