The Vaktha training program in Hyderabad has received positive feedback from participants. The program, jointly organized by HMTV and Kaushalya School of Life Skills, focused on public speaking and brought about a significant change in the participants’ personality. Many attendees expressed their satisfaction with the training, describing it as a transformative experience that helped them overcome their fear of speaking in front of large crowds. They also thanked the program’s director, D Bal Reddy, for boosting their confidence and morale.
One participant, K Yadaiah from Rangareddy, had been eagerly waiting to attend the training for two years and finally got the opportunity this time. He found the two-day training session helpful in improving his communication skills and was grateful for the chance to learn from other participants.
M Naga Krishna Rao Reddy, from Nandyal, used to make excuses whenever his name was announced in meetings. However, after completing the two-day training, he gained confidence in facing larger crowds and found the experience informative. B Dayakar from Rangareddy also shared a similar experience, initially struggling to speak but gradually improving throughout the training.
