    Uttam couple’s prospects may be spoiled by ‘non-local’ tag

During the Congress rule, there were issues with road networks, drinking water scarcity, and open drainage in the constituencies. The BRS claims to have improved civic infrastructure, medical and education facilities, and access to marginalized communities since coming to power.
