MS Dhoni, the captain of Chennai Super Kings (CSK), had a knee discomfort during the IPL 2023 opener against Gujarat Titans on Friday. He aggravated the discomfort while diving to save a boundary. However, according to CSK coach Stephen Fleming, it was just cramps and not a knee issue. Dhoni led the side during the game and hailed as a valuable player this season by Fleming. Despite Dhoni’s efforts, CSK lost the match by five wickets against Gujarat. Rashid Khan was named the player of the match for his all-round performance with the bat and ball.
