Hyderabad: Uttar Pradesh Minister Anil Raj recently met with BJP MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar to invite him to the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela, a grand spiritual gathering scheduled for 2025.
During the meeting, Minister Anil Raj presented Bandi Sanjay with a bottle of holy Gangajal and an official invitation letter. This gesture highlighted the sacredness of the Kumbh Mela, which attracts large numbers of devotees from across India and the world.
The Kumbh Mela is celebrated once every 12 years and is recognized as the world’s largest religious gathering. Prayagraj, located at the meeting point of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers, is the main venue for this auspicious event. The invitation reflects the mela’s role in promoting cultural and spiritual unity.
