The Congress party in Hyderabad protested against the BJP for not keeping their promises by displaying a large egg called ‘gadidi guddu’ (nothing). They highlighted all the promises that were not fulfilled, including those from the Reorganisation Bill. The demonstration took place before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the State on April 30.

The Congress criticized the BJP for not doing anything for the state, calling it ‘Gadidi Guddu’. They questioned why the Prime Minister was coming to Telangana for campaigning when their promises were not fulfilled. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy demanded that the PM answer why the Union government did not keep its promises.
