    The TTD EO J Syamala Rao held a review meeting in Tirumala to assess the Revenue-Panchayat Raj, Reception, and IT wings of TTD. He instructed the Vigilance wing to prevent misuse of APSRTC and Tourism quota tickets. The meeting took place at the Gokulam Rest House.

    During the meeting, the EO gave important directions to various departments. He asked the IT wing to resume scanning Divyadarshan tokens at the 1200th step on the Srivari Mettu footpath. The Vigilance wing was also told to crack down on ticket quota misuse. Reception wing officials were instructed to identify frequent accommodation users and warned of strict action against misuse.

    Additionally, the EO ordered electronic display boards to be installed at Narayanagiri Sheds for public information on Darshan hours. He also reviewed the Revenue-Panchayat Raj department, discussing issues like tenements, hawkers, and land allotments.

    To improve pilgrim experiences during peak periods, an exclusive Assistant Executive Officer will be deployed to manage queues effectively. A team will also be present to assist tokenless pilgrims with feedback and hassle-free movement.

    Later in the day, the EO inspected Janata canteens and hotels, ensuring prices matched the rates displayed outside. Various officials were present during these inspections, including JEOs, CVSO, and department heads.
