TSSPDCL official apprehended in bribery scandal

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Hyderabad apprehended a TSSPDCL line inspector for taking a bribe of Rs 6,000 from an advocate. The accused, Venkateshwarlu, is an assistant engineer at TSSPDCL in Lalaguda Secunderabad. He demanded money from the advocate to process an application for changing the electricity connection. However, he was caught in the act, arrested, and presented before the court.
