It was reported that the monsoon winds, which entered Khammam on Thursday, have extended up to Nizamabad. On Friday, the depression in the Bay of Bengal near the Odisha and West Bengal coasts moved towards the northeast direction, crossing the coast at a distance of 7.6 kilometers from the sea level, bringing heavy rainfall in its path.
