The TSCHE and the Alliance Francaise of Hyderabad (AFH) have worked together to create a new syllabus for learning French as a second language. The syllabus was tested in the Telangana Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare Residential Degree Colleges for Women in 2022-23.

Prof. Limbadri, the TSCHE chairman, expressed his satisfaction with the positive response from students and the success of the initiative. He also praised the efforts of the local team at AFH. As a result of their hard work, a partnership has been formed with the French publishing company Hatchette and Goyal Publishers, the leading Indian publisher of foreign language textbooks.

This partnership has led to the release of an exclusive low-cost edition of the French textbook for Telangana students, making it more affordable for them. Prof. Limbadri officially launched this edition at the AFH office, with the presence of committee members and representatives from both publishing companies. The event was attended by French language teachers from Telangana.
