During a video conference on Monday, Deputy Transport Commissioner Mamindla Chandrashekhar Goud announced that the combined Karimnagar district has been set an annual revenue target of Rs 345 crore for the year 2023-24. The conference was attended by Transport Department Secretary Srinivasa Raju and other officials who were congratulated for achieving a revenue of Rs 303 crore for the year 2022-23.
To meet the government’s revenue target, DTC Chandrashekhar Goud has set individual targets of Rs 169 crore for Karimnagar district, Rs 80 crores for Peddapalli district, Rs 58 crores for Jagtial district, and Rs 38 crores for Rajanna Sirisilla district. The transport officials have been instructed to work with double enthusiasm and provide better services to motorists to achieve the set targets.
The video conference was attended by Peddapalli, Jagityala, and Rajanna Sirisilla District Transport Department Officers Ranga Rao, Shyam Naik, and Kondal Rao, along with MVIs Alle Srinivas, Gaus Pasha, Naga Lakshmi, Siraj, Masood Ali, and others.
