The Dr MCR HRD Institute in Hyderabad recently hosted a day-long Food and Fun Festival called “Bharath Bhojnam”. The festival was organized by 112 Trainee Central Civil Services Officers from various parts of India who are attending a Special Foundation Course at the Institute. The Officer Trainees showcased their talents in cooking and marketing by offering a wide variety of delicacies unique to different States of the country. All profits generated from the festival will be donated to a charitable cause.

The Officer Trainees added to the glamour quotient of the event by dressing up in traditional attires and jewelry from various States, creating a Mini-India atmosphere in the Institute’s Campus. The festival was a part of the learning process at the Institute and helped Officer Trainees learn valuable lessons in budgeting, leadership, interpersonal skills, group dynamics, and more.
