    The Suburban Train Travellers Association in Hyderabad has been asking South Central Railways to change the timings of MMTS services and improve punctuality. Office goers are frequently delayed due to unpredictable schedules and frequent cancellations. Noor Ahmed Ali, the general secretary of the association, mentioned that many passengers who leave early from home end up reaching work late because of MMTS delays.

    Despite their requests, the association has not received any response regarding changing the timings. The group suggested using spare MMTS rakes to operate two pairs of trains from Cherlapalli to Lingampalli via Malkajgiri or Malkajgiri to Lingampalli during busy hours.
