    The Hyderabad traffic police have clarified that no discounts are being offered on pending traffic e-Challans. This announcement comes in response to messages and videos circulating on social media, which falsely claim that huge discounts are available.

    The Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic), P. Vishwa Prasad, warned citizens against believing or acting on such fake claims. He emphasized that these messages are misleading, mischievous, and could have fraudulent motives.

    Police officials stated that all genuine announcements are made only through verified Telangana police platforms. These include the official website (https://echallan.tspolice.gov.in) and the official social media accounts of the police department.
