Vemulawada, a popular pilgrimage site for devotees, sees thousands of visitors and vehicles every day. To prevent traffic disruptions, the traffic police have implemented strong measures, as stated by SP Akhil Mahajan on Saturday. In addition to taking special measures to avoid collisions, traffic officials have made several suggestions regarding the duties to be performed.

During a meeting with auto drivers, the SP emphasized the importance of driving with discipline and following road safety rules. He also urged them to be a part of traffic control efforts. If suspicious persons are seen at night, the police should be informed immediately by dialing 100. Additionally, the SP warned that action will be taken as per the law if auto drivers exceed their passenger limits.

Later, the SP visited the Vemulawada Town Police Station and spoke to the staff about being available all the time to solve people’s problems and perform their duties. The Blue Colt and Petrol car personnel were instructed to conduct regular patrolling in the station area to ensure that no thefts occur. They were also instructed to respond immediately when a dial 100 call is received and solve the problem promptly.

The meeting was attended by DSP Nagendracharry, CI Venkatesh, Bansilal, and SI staff along with the SP. These measures will help ensure a smooth and safe experience for devotees visiting Vemulawada for Rajanna darshan.
