There is a tough competition for the BRS ticket in Malkajgiri Lok Sabha constituency as many party leaders are interested in running. Malkajgiri is a big constituency that many leaders from different parties want to represent. Former minister Ch Malla Reddy is confident that his son Ch Bhadra Reddy will get the ticket, as the party has assured him of it.

Some critics may not like the idea of giving tickets to family members, but Malla Reddy pointed out that his son-in-law had previously been given a ticket. There are rumors that Malla Reddy is considering switching parties if they offer a ticket to his son. Other leaders like MLC Shambhipur Raju and senior leader M Ram Mohan Goud are also hoping for the ticket.
