    Patients at Osmania Hospital in Hyderabad faced inconvenience when the power supply was unexpectedly cut off for more than two hours. The outage caused delays for outpatients who need OP cards before consulting doctors. On Thursday, hospital staff were unable to generate computerized OP cards, leading to long queues and patient frustration.
