Despite Rahul Gandhi and UPA’s partner parties calling the recent state elections as semi-finals for the parliamentary elections, the people responded by overthrowing the Congress government in two states and electing BJP in another state. It is expected that the Narendra Modi government will secure a stunning majority in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
