Hyderabad: Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM) is a recruitment agency under the Government of Telangana. It helps skilled and semi-skilled workers from Telangana find jobs abroad. TOMCOM has partnerships with agencies in countries like Australia, Canada, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Romania, the UK, and Gulf countries.
TOMCOM is organizing an enrollment drive on August 3. This event will be held at the TOMCOM Office in Government I.T.I. College, Mallepally Campus, Vijay Nagar Colony, Hyderabad. They are looking to fill various vacancies in Germany and Japan.
For Germany, they need candidates for non-healthcare positions. These include roles like Mechatronics technician for maritime cranes and utility vehicles, Industrial mechatronics technician, and Mechatronics engineer for air-conditioning and refrigeration.
Candidates for these roles must have a Diploma or Engineering degree in fields like Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Energy Systems, Industrial Automation, Control Technology, or Civil Engineering. They should also have two to three years of experience and be between 20 and 40 years old. Selected candidates will undergo six to nine months of language training.
For Japan, TOMCOM is looking for candidates in Hotel Management. Applicants should have a diploma or degree in hotel management or relevant experience in the F&B/Kitchen sector. The eligible age range is 22 to 27 years. Those selected will get residential training in Japanese language proficiency and additional professional skills training.
