The Pedda Cheruvu lake in Khajaguda, Hyderabad has undergone a recent restoration and is scheduled to be inaugurated on Tuesday. This restoration and comprehensive development of the lake was taken up as a part of a CSR activity by a private company with the assistance of GHMC. The Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Minister KT Rama Rao, Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy, Mayor G Vijaya Laxmi, and other dignitaries are expected to participate in the inaugural function. This initiative is expected to provide a boost to the local ecosystem and attract tourists to the area.
