    Gold and silver rates for May 18, 2023 have increased in Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai. In Delhi, the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold is Rs. 56,450 with a decrease of Rs. 450, while 10 grams of 24-carat gold is at Rs. 61,570 with a decrease of Rs. 490. In Chennai, the price for 10 grams of 22 carats is Rs. 56,700 and for 24-carat gold, it is Rs. 61,850. Meanwhile, Kolkata’s gold rate for 22-carat gold is at Rs. 56,300, while the price for 24-carat gold is at Rs. 61,420 for every 10 grams. In Mumbai, both 22-carat and 24-carat gold rates are at Rs. 56,300 and Rs. 61,420 per 10 grams respectively. Silver rates remain constant at Rs. 74,600 in Kolkata, Chennai, and Mumbai, while in Chennai, it is at Rs. 78,200 per kg.
