    Lord Rama temple in Bhadrachalam is being decorated with colorful lights for the Mukkoti celebrations. The Sri Vaikuntha Ekadashi festival, organized by Sri Sitaramacham Draswamy Devasthanam, will take place from Wednesday to January 2. The festival is expected to bring a joyful experience for devotees. EOL Ramadevi, on Tuesday, shared the details of the arrangements made for the festival. An amount of Rs 1.22 crore has been allocated for the event in the district.

    To accommodate devotees, a large area of 46,332 sq. ft. has been arranged for Theppotsavam in Godavari on December 22 and Vaikuntha Ekadashi on December 23. Two LED screens will enhance the devotees’ experience during Uttardwara darshan on Vaikuntha Ekadashi.

    For Uttardwara darshan, 4,200 tickets are available across seven sectors. Other devotees can participate in the celebration free of charge. Tickets can be obtained from different parts of Bhadrachalam town, including a new counter for laddu prasad sales near Padmasali SATRAM.

    To make it convenient for devotees, a dedicated counter near Karivena Satram will be established on the day of Uttara Dwara Darshan. Dr Priyanka, the Collector of Bhadradri, assured that comprehensive arrangements are in place to ensure a seamless experience for all devotees participating in the 21-day festival.
