    National Lok Adalat will be held in Telangana on June 8, as directed by the National Legal Services Authority. This event aims to settle civil cases and compoundable criminal cases at all levels of the judiciary, from the High Court down to the Taluq level.

    Under the guidance of the Chief Justice and patron-in-chief of the Telangana State Legal Services Authority, the National Lok Adalat will take place in courts across the state on June 8. This service is provided free of charge, and any court fees paid in pending cases will be refunded if the matter is resolved through Lok Adalat. The decisions made in Lok Adalat cannot be appealed.

    People can take advantage of Lok Adalat for both physical and virtual settlements. Those interested in resolving their pending cases or pre-litigation disputes can approach the chairman/secretary of the District Legal Services Authority at the District Court complex or the nearest Mandal Legal Services Committee or court on June 8.
