    L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited (L&TMRHL) has announced the opening of the Arm-B, the fourth arm of the Raidurg Metro Station, on Tuesday. This new arm is equipped with a staircase and escalator for the movement of commuters, and its opening will streamline the distribution of commuter movement during peak hours. The Raidurg Metro Station is among the busiest metro stations of Hyderabad Metro Rail and currently handles over 60k commuters on a daily basis, catering majorly to the IT crowd.

    The Managing Director of HMRL, NVS Reddy, stated that the opening of this arm will provide commuters with an additional option to access the station conveniently and gain an enhanced experience with Hyderabad Metro Rail. KVB Reddy, Managing Director & CEO of L&TMRHL, added that the new fourth arm of Raidurg Metro Station would not only help in efficient handling of commuter movement but also enhance operational efficiency and resource optimization.

    The opening of this arm is expected to benefit the IT crowd in particular who frequent this station regularly. The addition of new infrastructure will also help to reduce congestion and improve the overall experience for commuters. By opening this arm, HMRL is taking a step towards providing better connectivity and transportation facilities to the people of Hyderabad.
