The politics in Telangana has become tense due to the upcoming assembly elections. Leaders from different parties are criticizing each other, with CM KCR and Congress candidate Tummala Nageswara Rao engaging in heated verbal spats.

During a meeting in Khammam, Thummala made strong comments about KCR. He mentioned that in the past, both he and KCR were part of the TDP party. Thummala claimed that during that time, he spoke to Chandrababu, the party leader, and recommended KCR for ministerial positions. He stated that KCR was initially given the forest department, but when KCR expressed his disinterest, he was given the transport department instead. Thummala urged people to ask Chandrababu for confirmation of these events.
