Ranjeet Nayak, the executive director of Eco-tourism, shared more details about the initiative. He explained that the Telangana State Forest Development Corporation (TGFDC) is organizing these nature camps under the banner of “Deccan Woods and Trails.” The campsite is fully equipped to cater to nature enthusiasts and is designed to be completely eco-friendly. Colleges and schools are invited to participate, with the primary goal of helping people connect with nature and understand the importance of forests.

Nayak also emphasized that these camps are strictly alcohol-free, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for families. He highlighted the need for such experiences, noting that many participants today lack exposure to the natural world. The aim is to create opportunities for people to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature and develop a lasting connection with the outdoors.
