    The Telangana stall at the 4th Global Renewable Energy Investors Meet and Expo (REINVEST) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat received a lot of attention. The event attracted between 250-300 investors and developers from both national and international companies.

    Major companies in the Solar, Wind, and Bio-Energy sectors, such as Suzlon, ReNew Solar, Jindal India, Amar Raja, Green Energy, and Avaada, showed strong interest in Telangana’s renewable energy opportunities. Additionally, financial institutions like the Asian Development Bank and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) also expressed their interest.

    The stall was also visited by Mr. Bertosz Przywara, the Counselor for Energy, Climate Action, and Environment from the European Union, along with his team. He assured cooperation for renewable energy projects in Telangana.

    According to Vavilla Anila, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation Limited, the state’s supportive policies have sparked significant interest from both national and international companies looking to invest in renewable energy projects in the region.
