The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has announced important dates for private candidates who wish to apply for exemption from attendance to appear for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) in March 2025. This applies to candidates taking exams in the Arts and Humanities streams.
TGBIE officials have stated that once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded or adjusted, even if the candidate is later found ineligible to appear for the exams. The last date for payment without a late fee is November 20, 2024. If candidates miss this deadline, they can still pay with a late fee of Rs 200 until December 18, 2024. For more information, candidates are encouraged to visit the official website: https://tsbie.cgg.gov.in.
Candidates must ensure that their applications are complete. Incomplete applications or applications that do not include the necessary documents, such as the original qualifying examination certificate, transfer certificate, migration certificate, and eligibility certificate (for those who passed qualifications other than SSC of Telangana State), will be rejected without further notice.
Private candidates seeking exemption from attendance and planning to take the first or second year IPE exams for the first time in March 2025 must follow the same syllabus as regular students. Candidates are required to apply for attendance exemption online by visiting the website https://tsbie.cgg.gov.in. They must also upload scanned copies of the required original documents, according to the senior officer of TGBIE.
