Police foiled NSUI leaders’ attempt to stage a big dharna before Srinidhi University in Hyderabad. NSUI state Unit President B Venkat was stopped from going to Srinidhi University in Ghat Kesar. The NSUI leaders claim that the management of the two universities deceived students and parents by running the educational institutions without valid permission.

Venkat argued with the police for not allowing him to move to Srinidhi University. He accused the state government of not taking any action against the university, which is operating illegally. Students have paid a lot of money to join professional courses, but the management is not refunding the money to those who lost their academic year because the university is not recognized. The NSUI has been fighting for justice for the students, but their demands have fallen on deaf ears. Now, the police are obstructing the NSUI from holding a dharna before the university.
