Hyderabad: BRS National president and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has formed a temporary steering committee for the BRS Maharashtra State unit. The committee consists of 15 members and will be chaired by the BRS president. Kalvakuntla Vamshidhar Rao, who is in charge of the Maharashtra unit, is also a member of the committee.
The other members of the steering committee are Shankar Anna Dhondge, BhanudasMurkute, Haribhau Rathore, Ghanshyam Shelar, Anna Saheb Mane, Deepak Aatram, ManikKadam, DnyaneshWakudkar, Sachin Sathe, Shusri Surekha Punekhar, Kadir Maulana, Yashpal Binge, and Firoj Patel.
In addition, former MLA Charan Waghmare has been appointed as the coordinator for the Nagpur division. DnyaneshWakudkar, the previous coordinator for the Nagpur division, has been promoted to a steering committee member. KCR commended Wakudkar’s efforts in the party’s Nagpur division. To accelerate party activities in Maharashtra, KCR has also appointed six co-coordinators for each regional division and district coordinators for all 36 districts. SomanathThorat will be the coordinator for the Aurangabad Division, while Datta Pawar will work as a co-coordinator.
