In Telangana, the sun is very hot, with temperatures expected to reach 41-43 degrees Celsius for the next few days. The IMD has issued a heatwave warning for the state, with severe heat wave conditions expected on Sunday and Monday. People are advised not to go outside between 11 am and 4 pm.
