There has been a sudden change in the weather in Telangana. Cold winds are blowing across the state and overnight temperatures have dropped below normal in many districts. The minimum temperatures have decreased suddenly and are expected to drop further next month.
Although winter arrived late in Telangana this year, the cold is becoming more severe in many areas. The weather department officials predict that the cold will intensify significantly in the coming days.
Hanmakonda recorded a minimum temperature of 19.5 degrees, which is 2.7 degrees below normal. In Adilabad, the temperature dropped by 1.8 degrees to 17.2 degrees Celsius.
The temperatures also decreased in Medak and Ramagundam, along with Hanmakonda. However, temperatures in Hyderabad and Bhadrachalam were slightly higher than normal. It is worth noting that the maximum temperature recorded in Khammam was 3.3 degrees higher. Meanwhile, the severity of cold is gradually increasing in many agency villages of the state.
