Many districts in Telugu states experienced sudden rainfalls on Sunday night. In Warangal district, it rained in several places, while hailstorms caused chaos in Janagama and Mulugu districts. Unfortunately, two farmers named Bullaiah in Eturu Nagaram and Ajay in Kodur lost their lives due to lightning strikes. Additionally, a calf died in Koduru village of Raghunathapalli mandal. The weather has also changed in Chittoor district over the last few days, with heavy rain in Tirumala leading to flooded streets and inconveniencing devotees. The Meteorological Department has forecasted rain for Andhra Pradesh in the next three days, providing relief to those suffering from the intense heat.

On Monday, rains are expected in Srikakulam, Manyam, Alluri, Srisatyasai, Kadapa, and Annamaya districts, with the possibility of light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderbolts. Similarly, Telangana is also expected to receive rain, with the Hyderabad Meteorological Center predicting light to moderate showers starting on Monday. IMD-H has identified Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Nalgonda, Khammam, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Rangareddy, Janagam, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, and Nagar Kurnool districts as areas that may experience rain, thunder, lightning, and gusty winds of 30-40 km per hour.
