    Officials from the Telangana University conducted a third round of vigilance and enforcement discussions on Wednesday. The authorities examined records at the conference hall of the administration building. Professor Kanakayya and Professor Vidyavardhini, along with thirteen other faculty members and administrative staff, including Vijayalakshmi, Sayagoud, Bhaskar, Ayyi Vamidhi, Principal Kavitha Thoran from the South Campus, Junior Assistant Madhulika, and Infrastructure Director Shantabai were questioned for nearly three hours regarding allegations of unauthorized acquisitions of assets without permission from the governing body. The Registrar Professor Kanakayya and Professor Vidyavardhini were interrogated separately during this time.

    Professor Vidyavardhini was questioned about allegations of embezzling 11 lakh rupees in advance ski-ming career. The details requested by officials regarding these allegations were not disclosed. Under the instruction of Vice-Chancellor Professor Ravindergupta from the university, investigations were conducted into the unauthorized acquisitions of assets until the arrest warrant was issued against him by the ACB. The EC members filed a complaint with the government for taking action against the VC and demanded that the proceedings be initiated on June 6. On June 13, they carried out investigations in the university, revealing several crucial details. On June 17, ACB officials, led by Professor Arun, carried out investigations at the office of Professor Arun in charge of examination control and gathered information about the details of the classrooms in the university premises. Subsequently, vigilance officials arrived at the university on Wednesday and interrogated faculty members and registrars from 11 am.
