In Hyderabad, all residential schools including SC, ST, BC, and minority Gurukul schools will be combined into one integrated Residential Campus.

The government aims to have all these residential schools in one location rather than spread out. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy discussed the plan for setting up Integrated Residential Schools in the State. The first school will be piloted in Kodangal, Revanth Reddy’s constituency.

The Chief Minister emphasized the need for modern buildings and quality education in these schools. The officials were instructed to create models and construct buildings similar to international schools on 20 to 25 acres of land. The government sees these integrated schools as ‘mini-education hubs’ that will promote knowledge and reduce disparities based on caste and religion.
