A total of 49,184 students have qualified in the NEET exam. With the removal of the 15% open quota as per the AP Reorganisation Act, all these students can now apply.

The university has also changed the criteria for determining local status. Previously, students studying any four out of seven years from class VII to intermediate were considered locals. Now, students must have studied continuously for four years from class IX to intermediate to be considered Telangana locals. The 15% open quota, previously available to students from two states, has been removed as the joint capital provision ended after ten years.

Additionally, the university has issued a notification for filling PG dental seats in the state. Candidates who have qualified the NEET – MDS-2024 exam can apply.

Applications for the MDS course can be submitted online from Sunday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. For more details on eligibility and other information, visit the university’s website at https://www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
