    Agriculture Minister Singireddy Niranjan Reddy and IT and Industries Minister K Taraka Rama Rao will be attending the Borlaug International Conference in Demoyin, Iowa, USA from October 24 to 26. The Telangana state government has approved their travel for this event where they will showcase the progress of the Telangana agriculture sector. Terry Branstad, the President of the World Food Prize Foundation, invited KTR to speak about Telangana’s agriculture sector. Both ministers will address the policies and advancements made by the Telangana government in agriculture at the conference. The Borlaug International Conference is an annual gathering that discusses food security challenges in the global agriculture sector. Approximately 1,200 attendees are expected to participate in person, with thousands more joining online. Accompanying Ministers KTR and Singireddy Niranjan Reddy will be Finance Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, Agriculture Secretary Raghunandan Rao, and Telangana Seeds MD Dr Keshavulu. Their presence highlights Telangana’s commitment to agricultural development and addressing global food security challenges. This conference is an opportunity for sharing insights and learning from global experts in agriculture.
