The Telangana High Court is set to hear a case today related to the Formula E-Car racing event. This case involves K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), an MLA from Sircilla, who has filed a petition to dismiss the charges against him. KTR claims that the case was filed against him due to political rivalry.

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has submitted a counter-petition. They are requesting the removal of an interim order that currently prevents KTR’s arrest. Notably, this interim order is scheduled to expire today.

During today’s proceedings, KTR’s lawyer argued in his defense. The lawyer questioned why the Formula E Organization (FEO) was not listed as an accused, despite KTR being named as A1 (Accused No. 1). Following these arguments, the court decided to postpone the hearing to 2:30 PM later today.
