The Telangana High Court has issued important guidelines regarding the lunch motion petition involving Minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). To ensure transparency, the court has ordered that KTR’s questioning must take place under CCTV surveillance.

The court also granted permission for a lawyer to be present during the interrogation. However, specific conditions were outlined. KTR and his lawyer are to remain in separate rooms. KTR will be in the interrogation room, while the lawyer will stay in an adjacent library room, as per the court’s orders.

In addition, the court ruled that no audio or video recordings of the interrogation will be allowed. If any disputes or concerns arise during the process, they can be brought to the court for further consideration.
