    Heavy rains have been forecasted for the state of Telangana for the next three days, according to the Hyderabad Meteorological Centre. On Friday, heavy rains were reported in the districts of Mulugu, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, Khammam, and Mahabubabad.

    Similarly, heavy rainfall is expected in the districts of Mulugu, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Mahabubabad, Siddipet, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, and Kamareddy. These areas are likely to experience continuous rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds.

    In light of the forecast, the Hyderabad Meteorological Centre has issued alerts to all these districts, urging residents to take necessary precautions. The Centre has also notified the public about potential waterlogging and traffic disruptions in low-lying areas and on major roads.

    Authorities have advised people to stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel during this period. They have also urged residents to make necessary arrangements to protect themselves and their belongings from potential damage caused by the heavy rains and strong winds.

    The heavy rainfall is expected to provide relief to the state, which has been experiencing a deficit in rainfall this monsoon season. The showers will help replenish water reservoirs and provide much-needed relief to farmers who have been facing water scarcity for their crops.
