The Meteorological department predicts more rain for the next four days in Hyderabad. They mentioned that the low pressure over northwest Bay of Bengal has weakened, but the surface circulation remains over south Odisha. As a result, we can expect light to moderate rain in the state for the next four days.

Specifically, heavy rain is expected in North Telangana from Friday to Saturday morning, while many places may experience light to moderate rain on Friday and Saturday. Due to this forecast, a yellow alert has been issued for the districts of North Telangana.

Yesterday, several districts experienced heavy rain, with Hyderabad receiving moderate rain. Nizamabad district recorded the highest rainfall of 42.3 mm. The Meteorological Department assures that the southwest monsoon season will bring promising rainfall this year. On Thursday alone, 74.35 cm of rainfall was recorded, surpassing the normal seasonal average of 72.10 cm.
