    Night temperatures in Telangana are dropping significantly. On Wednesday night, temperatures below 10 degrees were recorded in 19 districts of the state. In the other districts, temperatures ranged between 10 and 15 degrees. The lowest temperature of 6.6 degrees was recorded in Sirpur, Kumarambheem Asifabad district. Zainath in Adilabad recorded a temperature of 7.5 degrees, while Hyderabad recorded a temperature of 10.7 degrees.

    The northern districts of Telangana are experiencing extremely cold weather, with low temperatures being recorded in all districts. The Telangana State Development Planning Society has predicted severe cold in the next three days, with a slight further drop in temperature.

    The Meteorological Department attributes the cold weather to winds coming from the north and northeast directions. Doctors advise that children, elderly individuals, and pregnant women should take necessary precautions as there is a risk of health problems during this period.
